» Processes

Our Manufacturing Division works with a variety of metals including steel, stainless steel, aluminum and others. Our Division is capable of a variety of processes, including: fabrication, assembly, laser cutting, plasma cutting, punching, bending (press brake forming), various welding processes, sandblasting and painting.

Our Manufacturing Division is actively pursuing ISO 9001:2000 certification. We will actively pursue ever improving quality through programs that enable each employee to do their job right the first time and every time.

By investigating new products and processes we maintain leading edge technology enabling our company a distinct advantage over less equipped companies.

 

The process used to manufacture existing products must also be refined to maximize efficiency. This involves identifying wasteful areas of a product, implementing a change, and monitoring the results. This ensures a product is being produced as efficiently as possible.
