On the request of the Client, we can assist in the preparation of the contract documents and provide them with our estimate based on the prevailing market rates. Further, we can provide assistance in the professional evaluation of the tender to enable the Client to make their final decision based on accurate assessments.

 

◊ Planning and Programming

Project planning is very important because it sets the framework for the establishment of goals and policies for the implementation in accordance with the budget and resources availability. The Process requires detailed and accurate description of the project scope of works, total expected expenditure, expected date of completion, cash flow projection, labor/material/machinery scheduling, etc. We provide Project Planning and Programming Services, which includes CPM, resources loading, budgeting, work breakdown structure and related project schedule reports.


◊ Progress Monitoring
Once the Programme has been decided and agreed, the actual construction works can commence and one has to monitor the process and ensure that the progress is in line with the programme. Regular monitoring is very important for streamlining the site activities to suit the programme requirements. The information gathered from site is fed back into the original plan to evaluate performance and take necessary actions to keep the Project on course. Our Project Monitoring team will collect data from site periodically, update the Project Programme, generate progress monitoring reports and provide an accurate review of performance. We also provide look ahead schedules for close monitoring of the Projects.

 

We provide construction claim and delay input analysis. Together with monthly schedule updates and project status, various delay factors are determined. These effects are analyzed during reviews with parties concerned and impacts are addressed. By analyzing the circumstances which generated the claim with the Critical Path Method programme we can reach to an accurate conclusion and advise the Customer accordingly.


◊ Claims (Owner’s standpoint)
It is equally important on the part of Client to avoid developing claim situations as any claims suits arising out of the circumstances during the contract period will seriously affect the progress of works. Additionally, any further delays to the project will have a compounding effect to the overall budget outlay. Hence one should be monitoring the developments and reporting to the Client / Consultant on a regular basis.

Any large-scale project involves thousands of details. These include transmittals, submittals, and bid documents, drawings, change orders, and purchase orders, meeting logs and daily reports. We can manage all contract management activities for a client so that everyone involved in the contract – Surveyors, Consultants, Clients, Architects, Engineering Staff – can have the information they need to get the job done on time.
