Our company carries three types of insurance: General Liability, Workers’ Compensation and Builder’s Risk and we also require that our subcontractors are fully insured.

We have been using the same subcontractors for the past decade for most of our commercial projects. We’ve maintained a good working relationship with them which means that same contractors will be working on your project. By using the same subcontractors on a regular basis, they know what we expect from them and they know what to expect from us.
