Consulting with an interior design firm is not about imposing ideas and personal taste onto a client. It is about clients and interior designer coming together to create a unique space. It’s about helping the client to develop their vision while analyzing their interior design requirements. In the end creating a flexible, functional environment that optimizes your space and relates to your clientele, business, image and location.

 

We’ll work with you, our client, incorporating your ideas and reflecting your lifestyle when designing a new living space. At the same time we’ll bring innovative solutions and a unique sense of style to your project.

 

◊ SCOPE OF WORK

 

1. Budget Development

Our interior designers have an understanding of the specialized needs of a client and then prepare a highly competitive budget. We also help clients to develop concepts that transform their spaces into an environment that has a unified look. Working together to create a total environment that is inviting to clientele and employees.

 

Our services can be instructed to fit your particular needs. We can act as consultants in all areas referenced earlier or we can work with you in one of the aspects referenced below.

 

2. Concept Development

Our Interior Designers and Architects have an understanding of the specialized needs of a client. Helping clients develop concepts that transform their spaces into an environment that has a unified look. Working together to create a total environment that is inviting to clientele and employees.

 

Our concept development program varies depending upon complexity of the project. This includes:
  • Evaluation of your business and how it runs
  • Evaluation of your clientele
  • Analysis and optimization of space plan
  • Detailed survey and/or analysis of program required.
  • Conceptual ideas, sketches and floor plans showing interior changes.
  • Present the above for client’s approval.

3. Execution of Concept

Execution of project begins after the client is presented with the concept. The execution proceeds in Phases;

  • Phase 1:Being Concept Development

  • Phase 2: - Finalize all schemes and decorative treatment

                  - Prepare design drawings needed for custom furniture and any interior architectural details.

                  - Submit final drawings to various contractors necessary to interpret our design concept

                  - Finalize and prepare specification of all approved selection

                  - Prepare budget costs

                  - Design Firm to consult with architect or other professional in connection with project if

                   necessary.

   • Phase 3: - During progress of work Review all working drawings, specifications, and finished schedules

                     submitted by contractor to ensure adherence to our design

                   - Approve all materials, finishes, and color samples submitted by contractors. Supervise all

                     decorative work in the field. Inspect all installations at job site.

 

4. Space Plan Optimization

We offer a unique space planning service for space optimization. We can help you determine the appropriate square footage necessary to run your business. We can help you evaluate spaces you are considering leasing or purchasing for your business. A floor plan determines what size space you should be looking for before you begin your search for the right property.

 

5. Color Scheme Development

Color has a great impact on our emotions and `working habits. Colors are extremely important in hospitality, office or retail setting. Determining the best color scheme for your business is not an easy task.

      Variables: 

                       • Size of space.
                       • Complexity of color scheme in relation to layout.
                       • Looking for paint color selections.
                       • Planning an entire color scheme including flooring, work surfaces, etc.

 

Color rendering services is available if necessary. A color rendering is a three dimensional drawing of the space showing the proposed colors.

 

6. Project Management

◊ Project Management Include:

  • Finalize all schemes and decorative treatment
  • Prepare design drawings needed for custom furniture and any interior architectural details
  • Submit final drawings to main contractors if necessary to complete our design concept.
  • Finalize and prepare specification of all approved selection
  • Design Firm to consult with architect or other professionals in connection with project if necessary.

◊Turnkey project management: (Optional)
  • Time is charged based upon our hourly rates per hour for all work to be performed after the initial

    presentation
  • We will provide you with an estimate of these charges before beginning of the project management
  • We also have separate charges for each individual aspect of the design process. Giving the client the

    flexibility to select which services are most appropriate and affordable.
