Abdul-Aal Group – General Contracting Division performs and manages a varied range of service – from Civil Engineering, Road Surfacing, Land Reclamation, all phases of grading and earthwork, water, and sewer utility services and curb / gutter which provides a complete site work package for our clients.

» Services: Earthwork

 

◊ Mass Grading

Our company safely and efficiently moves substantial amount of soil annually. We succeed by placing skilled, motivated operators in well-maintained, late model equipment and then working them efficiently. Within the last few years, our company has progressively increased the scope and size of its earthwork projects.

 

◊ Finish Grading

Our company also provides finish grading services. Whether the project involves mass grading or finish grading, our company has the expertise to get the job done right the first time. Our trained operators along with our latest equipment allow us to easily grade to tight tolerances and complex geometries.

 

◊ Structural Excavation

Additionally, our company is capable and experienced in the area and science of structural excavation and backfill. Excavating and backfilling for structures is a complex part of the project that not all earthmovers are capable of performing. We have provided this service for projects as simple as small office buildings to complex projects such as excavation for multi-story underground structures.

 

◊ Special Services

Our company also provides a number of special services which help our clients deal with less subcontractors over the life of the project. As many of these services need to be completed during the earthwork phase of construction it is safer and more efficient for the excavation contractor to provide includes piling, under drain systems and barriers.

 

◊ Land Reclamation

Another methodology recently added to our expanding service offering is landfill reclamation, excavation, screening and separation of materials into waste over size and fines. With existing landfill space at a premium, landfill reclamation allows us to create additional landfill space by extracting recyclables and recapturing space wasted where inefficient and poor operation has maximized cover material and minimized the placement of waste.

◊ Service Roads, Service roads contracting from site preparation to final paving, including land clearing, excavation, graveling and fine grading of roads. Also includes road drainage, piping and re-establishing vegetation on roadsides.

 

◊ Driveways, Paving of all size driveways with bricks, tar and stone or a combination there of. Also, delivery and grading of gravel, airport mix and driveway mix.

 

◊ Parking Lots, From small to airport size, we have either built from scratch or resurfaced large commercial and industrial parking lots.

 

◊ Tennis Courts, Our company has long been a leader in all weather composition tennis courts and is one of the area’s few contractors who provide the excavation as well as the paving, which is critical in this type of work.

 

◊Basketball Courts, Basketball courts have become extremely popular recently. Our company completes several each year for schools and private owners. We take them from excavation through to the color coating.
