1. The Complete Building & Refurbishment Service

We undertake projects from minor building alterations to major design and build / refurbishment projects. Our services range from very small alterations to existing structures and fabrications, to fitting out of building shells to the client’s express design.

 

We have extensive experience in refurbishments and new builds with major companies in Bahrain. We also undertake large and small decorating projects and associated repairs including carpentry, roofing, plumbing, heating electrical, joinery etc…

 

All work is closely managed and all aspects of design and build are carefully monitored, we take our obligation under Construction Design & Management (CDM) very seriously and all Project Supervisors help our clients in meeting their obligations along with ours as the main contractor.

 

Refurbishment, whether major or minor, is a large part of the work that our building department carries out on a regular basis. From roof refurbishment, exterior or complete property solutions, our Building & Maintenance Division have the experience and resources to deliver on time every time and to budget.

3. The Complete Maintenance & Repair Service

We can deal with small reactive maintenance through our dedicated maintenance department, also specializing in fast track refurbishment of commercial property, occupied or unoccupied. Our operatives and approved subcontractors are trained and skilled in plumbing, painting, carpentry, roofing, electrics and all other disciplines. Our staffs are fully trained and undergo a full induction and training course before working on your premises. All members of our company team wear uniforms and carry identification providing complete peace of mind for our clients.
